The business was founded by Andreas C. Giannakopoulos in
1965 and since then it operated and grew successfully,
being involved with land development, construction
activities as well as consulting and mediating in
transactions of residential and commercial properties.
The business today is managed by
Christos A. Giannakopoulos (Master of Business
Administration, Loyola University of Chicago) who holds
specialization and great experience in investment and
financial issues.
Our long experience and specialized knowledge in real
estate combined with the particular attention and the
respect to the personal needs of the client, motivate us
to continuously research the property market, to operate
